Weekly Maintenance

Weekly service that includes brushing the walls and floor, vacuuming of all horizontal surfaces using a stand-alone turbo vac (customer’s filtration and plumbing is not used to vacuum the pool), netting of the surface, emptying all leaf cans/strainer baskets, comprehensive water chemistry analysis, and expert water balancing, sanitization, and oxidation. Includes backwashing as needed or cleaning of filter cartridges every four months.

Annual Maintenance

Annual comprehensive equipment inspections and replacement of system critical degradable components, such as o-rings, gaskets, and seals.

One Time Cleaning

A one-time cleaning has all the services of a weekly maintenance visit, minus the water chemistry analysis, water balancing, and sanitization.
